The launch is getting close, and briefly ignoring the fact we still don’t have all our visas, or a logbook for Bertie, everything is going well!
All the teams in the Mongolia Charity Rally (or as many as can make it) will be setting off together from an event in Central London, at Horseguard’s Parade on Saturday 6th July. Collectively the teams on the rally have raised over £22,000 so far for GoHelp, not to mention the “indirect” donation of all vehicles, travel supplies, educational resources, aid supplies and other equipment teams are bringing with them.
Everyone is invited to join us at this event and we’d love to see some of you there! There’ll be a chance to see all the teams and their vehicles, and “wave us off” on the Mall. We’ll be on-site from about 9am, with the launch due to start around 11:30am, with all teams setting off by around 1pm.
There’s no requirement to RSVP and this is a public event, but if you are planning on coming we’d appreciate it if you could send us a quick message just so we can help co-ordinate with GoHelp on expected numbers, etc.
